We sign your NDA and follow your security, access and data-handling policies, including POPIA requirements.
Architecture & delivery

Rollout & training
Branch and user onboarding, training material and go-live support, the part of a rollout most vendors skip.
Documented handover
Architecture notes, runbooks and walkthroughs, so your internal team can own the system after the contract ends.

How are fixed-term contracts priced?
Either as a fixed price for a defined scope, or a monthly fee for a set term and capacity. Both are agreed in writing up front, in rand, and invoiced against milestones or monthly.
Can you work on-site?
Yes, around Durban and KwaZulu-Natal. For organisations elsewhere in South Africa we work remotely with planned on-site visits for workshops, rollout and training.
What happens at the end of the contract?
We hand over the code, documentation and access, run walkthroughs with your team and agree a support period if you need one. Everything we build under the contract belongs to you.
